custom levels and engram points

I already have a custom player level and layout for Engram points to be given a specific way. Usually I can just paste this info into the Game.ini file and have no issues. But when I pasted it into the file, start the server and join, I'm not getting the amount of Engrams I should. The path I am going to to adjust the Game.ini file is: "C:\ASADedicatedManager\Servers\The Island\ShooterGame\Saved\Config\WindowsServer\Game.ini".

Guess I just had to enter the info 2 times. Seems to be working now.
