Add some options to the Stor Server.

When you want to shut down the server, click Stop Server.
I opened a new tab with some information.
Write a shutdown message with reason, it can be via Rcon.
Option for timed shutdown.
It would be the same option that was added in the server management tab, but it would be for manual instead of automated, which is working perfectly as far as I tested.

RCON message is coming in next update 😉

you will have a button in the interface to send the message manually if necessary.
I have recovered the internet and my tests are ok

just need some code improvements before publishing
