Discord webhook

Hey i was wondering if you can add a Discord webhook to log all the informations to the players on Discord, like "server is restarting" "server is starting" ect.

currently the bulk of the work is on the translation for the moment into French but that will allow more language to be added when the skeleton of the translation file is finished it takes time so be patient
from time to time I add or correct features if these are minimal and don't take too much time it allows me to change 😆 it's not very fun to translate 🙄
