so i got the mods to populate by installing all of the prerequisites for the server os environment and the server starts but i cant find it in the list anymore, whereas before i fixed the add mod list not working i could find it and join it with no issues.

update: after further investigating i figured it out. i had to wait about 5-10 minutes AFTER the server command window said that it was up and running before it would populate in the server list in-game. also had to double check and make sure that the show password protected checkbox and the show player servers checkbox were both checked
